At Nidrella, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. No Refunds for Used Items
We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, to be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
– Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
– Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Refund Process
– Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at nidrella@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at nidrella@gmail.com.
